JACKSON, Wyo. — When asked what has been missing in this town, the chefs at Provisions will answer you simply with “gourmet donuts.” Starting today, your donut cravings can now be satisfied every day of the week, except for Sundays and on Christmas Day. Donuts will be sold at Brewhouse Coffee below StillWest Brewery & Grill.
“We live in a beautiful place where we get to experience both great lifestyle attributes while having access to impeccable cultural experiences in both arts and cuisine,” says Chef Clark Myers of Provisions, a gourmet food delivery and catering company.
“However, gourmet donuts seemed to be missing and we thought it would be a great addition to Jackson Hole. What better reward than having a fabulous donut after hiking or skinning the King? We are excited to be partnering with Brewhouse Coffee to offer our product in a great, in-town location.”
A few of the mouthwatering creations being offered are bourbon berry baklava with huckleberry frosting, peanut butter frosting with huckleberry jam filling and peanut brittle and s’mores with toasted marshmallow and chocolate swirl frosting topped with brown butter graham cracker crumbs.

“The donuts showcase our broad cooking talents,” says Chef Chas Baki of Provisions. “We can make anything from gourmet donuts, to classic steak and mashed potatoes for catered weddings, to buffalo tartar in our private chef experiences. With the energy we put forth in everything we do, Provisions can cater to anyone’s needs.”
Perhaps even Santa should be left with a Provisions’ donut and cup of joe this year. You can bet there will not be a crumb in sight on Christmas morning.
