JACKSON HOLE, WYO – Here are some recent calls for service in Teton County/Jackson from the dispatch log. Names may be withheld at the request of law enforcement. All persons cited or arrested are presumed innocent until convicted in a court of law. Charges are subject to change following official filing from the Teton County Attorney’s Office.

Larry Deloch Jr. was contacted by officers from the Jackson Police Department today in an attempt to make a traffic stop. Deloch reportedly would not stop. When police finally cornered his vehicle in the Centennial Building area, the subject jumped out of his car and began cursing profanities and attempting to pull away, head-butt and bite officers.

He was ordered to the ground at gunpoint and it took several officers to subdue the subject.

“He was very angry but I’m proud of the way my guys handled this,” Lt. Roger Schultz said. “They took their time, they had the bodies [number of officers] to physically restrain him without hurting him. I think anyone viewing the tape [dashboard and body cams] would say, ‘Wow, the officers really reacted patiently and professionally.’”
