Officers performed a traffic stop on a vehicle for using a cell phone while driving. When officers contacted the driver he did not have a valid driver’s license. The driver received citations for driving while using a cell phone and driving without a driver’s license. The driver was on release orders from the Teton County Circuit Court stating that he was not to drive without a valid driver’s license or violate any law.

Male observed urinating in Town Square Park. Cited for urinating in public.

Officer observed male subject walking down the middle of the street with no regard to traffic. Male subject was arrested for Public Intoxication.

A vehicle pulling a trailer driven by an unknown person hit a parked and occupied motorhome in a public parking lot.

Witness called because he heard a disturbance going on. Woman involved stated her boyfriend hit her, the man stated he hit her because she broke his stuff. Male arrested for Unlawful Touching.

Officers responded to an alley behind a local business for a report of a man beating his dog. Upon making contact with the individual it was found that officers did not have probable cause for a citation.

Officers responded to a local bar for a report of an individual that was on probation and was not supposed to be inside any bar or consume alcohol. Officers arrested the individual for probation violation. PBT .12%

Officers stopped a vehicle for running a red flashing light at Broadway Ave. and Cache St. Upon contacting the driver officers could smell the odor of an unknown alcoholic beverage. A DUI investigation was done and the driver was arrested for DUI. PBT .09%

Officer initiated a traffic stop for a Red Light violation. Male driver was arrested for DWUI.

Victim called to report a hit and run collision. The victim’s car was left unattended in the fairgrounds parking lot overnight. An unidentified vehicle struck the parked car on the passenger front door. The victim’s car sustained over $1000.00 estimated damage. The vehicle was parked in view of two security camera’s. Investigation is ongoing.
