An adult female reports a sexual assault that occurred to her 5 years ago in the Town of Jackson.

Officers responded to gas station for a disturbance between man and woman. Male half left before officers arrival and shortly returned to gas station. Odor of marijuana was present in the vehicle. Vehicle was searched and marijuana was found. Male half arrested and female transported to the mission.

Two men were reported to be intoxicated on the Town Square. One of the men was located while entering his vehicle and the other was already in his vehicle. Both were arrested for public intoxication.

Witness saw a hit and run in a local business parking lot and contacted owner of vehicle.

Cab driver called police to report a customer was refusing to pay his fare. The customer started to assault the cab driver while police were dispatched. The customer also broke off a tree branch causing damage to a tree and started hitting the cab drivers vehicle with the branch. When Officers arrived on scene the customer fled on foot from police but was apprehended when he attempted to hide under a car. The customer was booked into jail on charges of theft of services, assault, destruction of property and interfering, for fleeing from police on foot.

Female called to report that her vehicle’s window had been broken. When Police arrived they found that the front passenger window had a large rock that had been thrown through the window. There is no suspect information at this time.

Officers were contacted because a female subject refused to leave a local business. Female subject was arrested for Criminal Trespass.

Male was stopped by Police when an Officer observed the male struggling to stand on the corner of Willow and Broadway. The male was found to be under the influence of drugs and was arrested for public intoxication after it was determined he was a danger to himself and/or others. The male was booked into jail but later admitted to taking an entire bottle of Librium in an effort to get high. The male was transported to the hospital where he was to remain for evaluation. The male was released to hospital staff and cited for public intoxication.

After fleeing to a friend’s house a victim called to report physical domestic violence. Male half was arrested.

Officers responded to Pinky G’s Pizzeria on a call for service of a trespasser. A male under the age of 21 used the emergency exit to sneak into the establishment. The male was confronted by an employee who recognized him as someone who was not legal age to drink alcohol. The male became confrontational with the employee pushing the employee before fleeing on foot. The employee identified the male as someone he went to school with. Service of Trespass to the male is pending and investigation into unlawful touching is ongoing. There was also another male who threatened an employee for wanting to see the underage males identification. That male was also identified by an employee and another trespass notice is pending.

Collision occurred within the town limits when a Taxi rear ended another vehicle. Damage estimated to be less than $1000. The Taxi driver refused to provide the other driver with his information and left the scene. Taxi driver was located, cited, and released.

An unknown person driving an unknown vehicle hit a parked and unoccupied truck. There was minor damage to the rear bumper on the left side. No physical evidence for the suspect vehicle.
