Person contacted for public property camping and unauthorized use of power. Ticketed for camping in violation of city ordinance.

Citizen called to complain about a noise disturbance in front of his house involving intoxicated people. Officers located a male and female at the dispatched address arguing and being loud. Upon investigation Officers determined that the male half was trying to assure the female half wasn’t driving as she was intoxicated on alcohol. The female was not cooperative with Officers lawful orders during the investigation. The female half was arrested for breach of peace, public intoxication and interfering with officers.

Female guest at a hotel had property go missing/stolen out of her hotel room. Female believed this occurred sometime between Wednesday morning and Friday evening.

Officers initiated a traffic stop on a vehicle speeding down Broadway. Upon contacting the driver the officers detected indicators of alcohol consumption and conducted field sobriety testing. The driver was found to be under the influence of alcohol and operating a motor vehicle. The driver was arrested and submitted to chemical testing, which confirmed he was over the .08 limit.

A Chinese woman visiting the area with her family reports unauthorized use of her father’s credit card. Unknown location. The bank requested documentation for proof that the card was in the possession of the owner. Info report done as a citizen assist.
