Comments: An unknown person broke the Plexiglas type window on a fortune-telling machine located outside a local store on West Broadway Avenue. This is the second time in about a month the machine was damaged. A patrol check for the location has now been created.

Comments: Unknown vehicle backs into victim vehicle in parking lot. Note is left by suspect, but has wrong number on the note. Victim vehicle sustains minor front bumper damage. No leads to follow.

Comments: Report of Identity theft. Woman comes to Police Department to report that her identity has been stolen and there are people creating credit card accounts with her information.

Comments: Small grey truck sideswipes RV with utility mount on drivers side of truck. RV sustains damage to passenger side front tire and hub cap. Grey truck flees scene.

Comments: Juvenile was reported to be suicidal. Officers contacted the juvenile and found the juvenile was a danger to them self and they had a specific plan to commit suicide. The juvenile was taken to the hospital on a mental hold.

Comments: A woman reported to police that a man, who she has a protection order against, has attempted to contact her on multiple occasions. These attempts at contact are in violation of the protection order.
