Comments: Breach of Peace case. A woman verbally berated her nextdoor neighbors. The woman was unhappy because she had been charged and found guilty in a dog bite case.

Comments: Vehicle had its rear glass broken out while parked in a parking lot. Window broken out due to excessive heat within the vehicle.

Comments: Local resident reported a collision hit and run. Officers arrived on scene and took photos of the damage and gathered additional evidence. Attempts are being made to contact the suspect vehicle. Investigation ongoing.

Comments: Local resident reported a collision hit and run. Officers arrived on scene and investigated. Officers took photos of the damage and possible evidence. No security camera footage was available of the collision and there were no witnesses. The investigation is ongoing.

Comments: Female employee came in to report that a male employee made unwanted physical contact with her. The RP wanted the suspect to be contacted and told to not contact her again so that if he continued the actions he could be charged with a crime.

Comments: A local woman reported that her boyfriend had assaulted her. Officers that investigated the incident could not find evidence to support a domestic violence charge, however the boyfriend was arrested for Marijuana possession.

Comments: Local resident called and reported a structure fire in town. Officers arrived on scene and cleared the area until fire personnel arrived on scene. The investigation of the origin of the fire is ongoing.

Comments: Unlawful contact: Two men from Colorado travelling through the area. One hit another one while driving somewhere in the Town of Jackson. No injuries. Cold report.

Comments: Responded to a two-vehicle collision with road blockage, but no injuries. Officers arrived on scene and learned a vehicle attempting to turn off of the roadway was struck from behind by another vehicle that failed to slow down. After investigating the situation officers determined the at-fault party was driving under the influence of a controlled substance and they were arrested for DUI.

Comments: A traffic stop was initiated for failure to stop at a stop sign. Officers smelled the odor of marijuana coming from the vehicle. The driver admitted to having marijuana and gave it to the officer. The driver was arrested for possession of a controlled substance and probation violation.

Comments: A local business reported trespassing and asked for police to respond. When officers arrived on scene they learned there had been a physical confrontation and one suspect pushed staff at the business. The suspect was intoxicated by alcohol and arrested for public intoxication.

Comments: A group of subjects began to interfere with officers who were carrying out their lawful duties by walking in between officers and detained individuals, and failing to comply with verbal and physical commands. After giving the subjects multiple opportunities to comply, they were taken into custody for interference. One other subject was arrested for public intoxication.

Comments: C all on 911 line from victim of domestic violence. Suspect is found. Further investigation finds that the suspect had pushed victim into a chair arm. Victim sustains minor injury to back and knee. There is visible injury on the victim to support this. Suspect claims injury to back and leg area. No injury is visible on suspect. Suspect arrested for Domestic Battery.

Comments: Three people reported a disturbance in public place. The reporters could not see what was happening but said it sounded like someone was being killed. Officers contacted transient campers in willows of public area. The investigation did not reveal violence but did reveal one of the parties needed to go to the hospital for an injury that happened while she was floating the creek. One of the parties had a warrant for his arrest and the other in violation of the public intoxication ordinance.
