Comments: A witness called emergency services for a 13-month-old who fell from a second story window. When responders arrived on scene, the child was found to be alert, oriented and breathing. The child was taken to the hospital for further evaluation while officers interviews the apartment’s denizens about the incident.

Comments: Officer dispatched to hospital for report of possible sexual assault on a young child while at daycare. Investigation active.

Comments: Male called police to report he found a fraudulent charge on his cell phone account. An unidentified person ordered an I phone and had it shipped to a location outside of town. The cell phone carrier’s fraud department was contacted regarding the fraudulent charge. The cell phone carrier found cause to reimburse the male for the charge.

Comments: Three subjects under the age of 21 attempted to purchase alcohol from a local establishment. They were not served at the location, but found to be under the influence of alcohol. All were cited for Minor Under the Influence.

Comments: Man was found passed put in the bushes on the square. Male displayed signs of intoxication and didn’t know how to get home. Male was arrested for public intoxication.

Comments: Local business employees contact police to report the use of false identification to purchase alcohol. Officers arrived and contacted the suspects. Officers issued citations for use of fraudulent identification to purchase alcohol and confiscated the fake IDs.
