Comments: A vehicle was pulled over for running a stop sign. Upon contacting the occupants, the officer noted the smell of freshly burned marijuana emanating from the car. One of the passengers was subsequently cited for the possession of less than 3 ounces of a controlled substance in plant form.

Comments: Officers responded to a call of a subject attempting to break into multiple vehicles in a parking lot. The subject was found to be impaired by a controlled substance, in possession of a controlled substance, on probation for controlled substance charges, attempting to enter vehicles for the purpose of taking money. Subject was arrested.
