Comments: A local business called to report a customer who was caught in the act of shoplifting and had left the store. Officers were able to locate and interview the suspect. The suspect was issued a citation for shoplifting.

Comments: Dog walker entered house to retrieve dog, released the dog from the kennel. Knelt down to look for leash, dog came in from the left and bit the dog walker on the right forearm.

Comments: Officers responded to a reported Theft at a local business. Cash was stolen from a purse, which was left in an unlocked locker. Suspect was located and cited for Petty Larceny.

Comments: Officers responded to a 911 call where the caller stated they were dying. No additional information was given. Upon arrival officers discovered the caller had taken medication and alcohol to commit suicide. Officers took the individual into protective custody for the individual’s safety. They were transferred to medical care.

Comments: Officer observed some driving behavior that led him to suspect the driver to be impaired. The Officer contacted the driver of the vehicle after it was parked (consensual encounter), noted the driver smelled of an alcoholic beverage and the driver admitted to drinking at least three beers. The driver performed poorly on Standardized Field Sobriety Tests and was arrested for DUI. The driver submitted to a breath test at the jail with a result of .11% BrAc.

Comments: Officers dispatched to multiple intoxicated subjects who were fighting in public. Officers arrived on scene and separated the involved parties. Subjects taken into custody for public intoxication.

Comments: Vehicle stopped for not having taillights and headlights illuminated. The odor of an alcoholic beverage emanated from the vehicle and the driver admitted to drinking alcohol. Driver performed poorly on Standardized Field Sobriety tests and was arrested for Driving while Under the Influence.

Comments: Officers conducted a traffic stop on a vehicle traveling 50 miles per hour in a 30 mile per hour zone. Officers observed the driver had bloodshot eyes, slurred speech, and the odor of an alcoholic beverage was coming from the vehicle. Officers conducted field sobriety tests and determined the driver was impaired by alcohol. The driver was arrested for driving under the influence of alcohol. The driver submitted to a breath test at the jail with a result of .21% BrAc.

Comments: Officer initiated a traffic stop on a speeding motorist. Officer smelled the odor of marijuana coming from the vehicle and questioned the occupant regarding the odor. Occupant admitted to smoking marijuana and told Officer where his marijuana was located at inside his vehicle. Occupant cited for possession of controlled substance and released on scene.
