Comments: There was a report of found marijuana at a local hotel room. The room was vacant at the time the marijuana was found by hotel staff. The marijuana was seized for destruction.

Comments: Officers conducted foot patrol near residential area and confiscated drugs.

Comments: Officers responded to a driving complaint of a person doing doughnuts in a motor vehicle. Officers located the vehicle which had apparently collided with a building. The driver was found unconscious and transported to the hospital. According to doctors the driver experienced some sort of a medical issue which likely was the cause of the crash.

Comments: Responded to a vehicle vs. trailer collision. Contacted the driver of the vehicle and later cited him for hit and run, no driver’s license and no insurance.

Comments: Collision called in to report damage to vehicles. Driver of V1 was found to be in violation of his probation conditions because he drove with no drivers license. Arrest made for the probation violation and other charges.

Comments: Officers were dispatched to a local business on a customer who could not pay for his tab. Upon arrival Officers determined the customer had run up a tab of over $100 buying alcoholic beverages and could not pay for said beverages. Male was issued a citation for defrauding innkeeper under $100 which is a misdemeanor. Male was also issued a trespass notice at the request of business management. Male was released without further incident.

•TRAFFIC (CRIMINAL VIOLATION) – CRIMINAL TRAFFIC VIOLATION
Comments: There was a call in reference to a hit and run accident that occurred yesterday near the Teton County Court House. The reporting party discovered the damage to their vehicle this morning and contacted the police for a report. The reporting party’s vehicle was unattended at the time it was struck.

Comments: A man was observed stumbling down the sidewalk, the man was also observed falling several times. Officers contacted the man who was heavily intoxicated. The man was later arrested for public intoxication.

•CONTROLLED SUBSTANCE – HALLUCINOGEN, POSSESSION
Comments: Driver failed to observe posted traffic sign. Officer stopped the vehicle. Officer smelled the odor of marijuana. As a result, illegal substances were recovered and suspect was cited.

Comments: A citizen reported he had left his cell phone on one of the Start Buses. The citizen attempted to retrieve his phone from the seat, he was sitting in and discovered his phone was gone. It was later determined by provided evidence the phone had been stolen.

Comments: Business reported a theft by an employee. Officer responded and observed the employee in the area of the safe with the bank bag in his hand- on video. Officer has not yet located the suspect.

Comments: Two stickers were damaged and stolen from a vehicle that was parked locally.

Comments: Dispatch aired a REDDI in the county. Officers observed vehicle entering town limits and made consensual contact at the Alberston’s parking lot. Subject displayed signs of intoxication. Subject arrested for driving under the influence.

Comments: It was reported a vehicle had driven through the front doors of a local business and taken items. The driver fled the scene and was located at a local hotel. A n investigation was done and the driver of the vehicle was charged with Burglary, DUI, Property Destruction, Driving under suspension, driving with no vehicle insurance, and interference.

Comments: A subject attempted to catch a dog running at large and was bit. The subject was not injured and was only concerned about the dog’s safety.

Comments: Responded to a med assist for a subject who was intoxicated, throwing up and passed out in a bathroom. Officers later learned subject was a minor and was cited for MUI.
