Comments: Hit and run collision. Vehicle 1 backs out of parking spot. Vehicle 1 turns and hits its front bumper to Vehicle 2’s rear passenger bumper. Vehicle 1 flees the scene.

When officers arrived they observed a male subject matching the description of the person.
