SUBLETTE COUNTY, WYO – Sublette County authorities are reporting an outage to its nationwide 911 ALI (Automatic Location Identification) system.
All 9-1-1 calls appear to be coming in to the right dispatch center but without location or caller information.
Dispatchers suggest if you call 9-1-1 to please stay on the line and give the 911 operator all your information and location so they can get you the appropriate assistance. Normally this info would be automatically available to dispatch but not while this system is down.
