TETON VALLEY, IDA – Say goodbye to licking stamps when paying your water bill and other municipal utilities.
The City of Victor has teamed up with Xpress Bill Pay to offer residents the ability to pay their bills online. This new service is in response to customer requests for faster and more convenient online payment options. City officials remind those currently paying utility bills online to switch over their confidential payment information through the secure Xpress Bill Pay website to continue automatic online utility payments.
The new service will give residents the ability to view, track, and pay their bills online via the Xpress Bill Pay website. Various payment options are available including credit and debit cards and electronic funds transfer. Customers can also setup automatic monthly payments and view up to two years’ history of their accounts.
Joanna Burkhart, City Treasurer, said the options are a great service to residents.
“The service gives our customers more ease in paying their monthly bills online and provides helpful information such as usage and a billing history to track expenses. With their experience in online payments and strong customer focus, Xpress Bill Pay is a great ally for us in this new service,” she said.
