JACKSON, Wyo. — In the vibrant tapestry of education, there exists a group of individuals whose work is nothing short of extraordinary. They are the champions of early childhood education, the heroes who hold the keys to a bright future. At Champions for Children, we believe it’s high time to highlight their excellence, celebrate their superpowers and allow you to nominate the early childhood educator who has left an indelible mark on your child’s life or your community.
How are we doing this? The EmPowerEd Symposium: Celebrating the Power of Early Childhood Educators
On Friday, Oct. 6, the EmPowerEd symposium is being held as a celebration of early childhood educators. The symposium will include exhilarating panel discussions and roundtable conversations that pull back the curtain on the world of early childhood education. We aim to explore the challenges they face and the incredible opportunities they create by igniting a lifelong love for learning in young hearts.
Most importantly we are going to recognize the exemplary commitment of local early childhood educators nominated by YOU who have elevated the field. These awards are not just accolades; they are symbols of dedication and passion. The awards include the prestigious Childhood Champion Award ($5000) and two Elite Educator Awards ($2500 each).
The goal of these awards is to honor those who have crafted a classroom climate filled with enthusiasm for teaching and learning. Winners of these awards will have fostered positive relationships with colleagues, parents and the community, and have consistently motivated and inspired students. These educators are not just teachers; they are superheroes of early education.
