JACKSON, Wyo. — The National Museum of Wildlife Art’s ever-popular Plein Air Fest, etc. is set to be presented virtually to give supporters the opportunity to tune in and shop safely and securely.

Online visitors will be able to hear from the artists as they’ve been able to in the past. This year, rather than doing so by watching artists work on the Sculpture Trail, videos on our social media channels and website will showcase paintings in progress and interviews with the painters between July 12 and July 18.

For this year’s event, nearly 60 invited artists have created masterpieces from locations around the West during the past week. Each artist painted a subject that inspires them with the concept of humanity’s relationship with nature at heart.

One freshly finished work by each of the participating artists will be available for purchase at fixed prices from now through noon on Saturday, July 25. Purchased paintings will be shipped directly to the lucky buyers.

Tune in NMWA’s social media channels to meet participating artists, catch glimpses of the artistic process, and see the beauty in the natural world through others’ eyes!
