WYOMING — A nine-vehicle crash on Interstate 80 left four people hospitalized and seven more injured late Saturday night.
According to Uinta County Fire and Ambulance, emergency responders were dispatched at roughly 9:35 p.m. Saturday to milepost 48 in the westbound lanes.
The pileup involved six semi-trucks, two passenger vehicles, and a moving van. Five fire trucks and three ambulances responded.
Four people were transported to Evanston Regional Hospital and another seven were evaluated on-scene.
Wyoming Highway Patrol is investigating the crash. Road conditions remain icy and dangerous.
