ALPINE, Wyo. — After a brief spring closure, Melvin Taproom & Kitchen in Alpine reopens today with triple the bar space, a revamped menu and new family ties: Fine Dining Restaurant Group.
Earlier this spring, Melvin Brewing and Roadhouse Brewing Co. joined forces to create Pure Madness Group, a brewery group led by Gavin Fine and Colby Cox focused on celebrating fine craft beer. As Melvin’s brew pub opens today, it will be managed and operated under Fine’s other venture, Fine Dining Restaurant Group, showcasing the high quality culinary, beverage offerings and hospitality for which the group has become known.
Melvin Taproom & Kitchen reopens with a larger bar area and a few behind-the-scenes improvements that will help streamline the overall employee and guest experience. Melvin’s beloved outdoor experience remains the same, welcoming guests to eat, drink and gather. The menu includes some guest favorites, as well as new dishes like a fried chicken sandwich, shrimp tacos, tater tot nachos, and a selection of smashburgers, sandwiches, tacos and salads. The new cocktail menu will complement the robust list of beer, sloshies, flights and beer to go.
In celebration of the reopening, Melvin will also be offering $1 beers, available today-Friday from 3 to 6 p.m. The brew pub is open Wednesday-Sunday from 11 a.m. to 11 p.m.
Whether stopping down the street or venturing outside Jackson, stop in and see what’s new at Melvin Taproom & Kitchen.
