Vertical Harvest is Jackson Hole’s premier vegetable grower, utilizing a greenhouse to grow vitamin-packed microgreens, butterhead lettuce varieties, and juicy cherry tomatoes for 365 days per year. Since its founding in 2016, the company has been fully committed to providing fresh produce to the local community and to hiring folks with different abilities.
Farm to Doorstep Delivery and Curbside Pickup
You can order directly from Vertical Harvest! Stock your pantry with local greens while staying inside the safety of your own home. Order online here and choose the delivery option to have your greens delivered by Friday evening.
Free contactless curbside pickup at Vertical Harvest is also available. Place your order by the end of the day on Thursday for curbside pickup on Friday between 3:30-5 p.m. outside of the greenhouse.
A monthly option is available for both delivery and curbside pickup as well. All you have to do is order once, and your greens will be delivered weekly for the next four weeks. Best of all, you’ll save 10% off the total price.

New Products from Vertical Harvest
- Citrus Blend (red vein sorrel, pea shoots, pac choi). Plates just got prettier… and tastier! Pops of citrus, spring and spinach, this is one versatile mix. From seafood to lamb, this tasty mix goes well with just about anything. Make all of your plates dinner party ready!
- Spicy Mix (daikon radish, rambo radish). Colorful micro radishes popping with flavor and spice! Notes of horseradish with plenty of heat. A treat in your ramen and a game-changer in your steak sandwich.
- Pea Shoots (micro pea shoots). A mouthful of spring in every bite! Crisp, juicy, fresh pea greens — yum! A staple for salads and sandwiches, a beautiful garnish for soups. But fair warning: there’s a good chance you will eat them all before you get home!

Online Ordering for pickup at the People’s Market
You can also order Vertical Harvest greens from Slow Food in the Tetons. Orders must be placed by 6 p.m. on Tuesdays and picked up on Wednesdays at the People’s Market at the base of Snow King. Place an order online here and under “Producers” on the left-hand side of the screen, select “Vertical Harvest”.

Looking to share the goodness of fresh, local produce with friends or family? Gift cards are also available and can be redeemed for all orders and purchases through the Market at Vertical Harvest.
