JACKSON, Wyo. — Spread the Love Commission along with the Teton County Taskforce for the Unhoused will be giving away donated items at the Love Your Neighbor outreach event at the Teton County Library auditorium on Friday, July 12.
Community members in need will be able to get clothing, shoes, camping gear, hygiene items and more at the event, which will be held at the library’s Ordway Auditorium from 2:30 to 6:30 p.m.
For those wishing to donate, a list of needed items, including spring and summer clothes and other essentials, can be found here. Donations can be dropped off at the library’s north entrance. The library closes at 5 p.m. but that entrance will be open for receiving beyond operating hours.
Volunteers are also needed to help put together health and hygiene and shower kits in advance of the giveaway.
