JACKSON, Wyo. — The Teton County Health Department launched a winter program to support community members that struggle with Seasonal Affective Disorder. The “Beat the Winter Blues” Program is an interactive BINGO game to help people engage in tools and resources, suggestions for self-care habits, and free community events. To play, grab a card, and start checking boxes! Bingo cards can be found at the locations listed, printed in the newspaper, and are available online for at-home printing here. This is the last week to turn in your boards to be entered in a raffle prize. Complete your winter blues bingo card and return to one of the participating locations below by Friday, December 12th for a chance to win. Prizes include light therapy lamps, Astoria hot springs tickets, and more!
