JACKSON HOLE, WYO – The KMTN Easter Kegg Hunt has been a cherished tradition and rite of spring for nine years now. This year’s event kicks off Monday, March 26.
How it works: Listen to KMTN weekdays for clues to the whereabouts of the hidden KMTN/Snake River Brewing Co. (SRB) Easter Kegg. Three clues will be given throughout the day at 7:15am (with Fish), at 1:15pm, and at 5:15pm (with Jamie).
Clues will also be posted on the KMTN Facebook and SRB Facebook pages but only after the next clue has been announced. So, to stay on top of things, you better be glued to your radio.
Clues continue until the Easter Kegg is found. Easter is Sunday, April 1.
Listeners can also stop by the Brew Pub for an additional bonus clue. Just ask your server.
Prizes: The person who turns in the KMTN/SRB Easter Kegg to KMTN will receive the Grand Prize of A Beer-a-Day for a Year—an approximate value of $1,642.50, plus other swag like CD’s, concert tickets, t-shirts, hats, and other swag from 96.9 The Mountain and SRB. Only one prize will be awarded.
Rules: Must be 21 or older to participate. Easter Kegg must be turned in to claim prizes. Kegg is accessible 24 hours and is never placed on private property. (If you have to ask, “Should I be here?” the Kegg is NOT there). Prize is NOT transferable. Only one prize of “Free Beer-for-a-Year” will be awarded. You cannot win back-to-back years.
