Rendezvous Mountain Rentals is seeking an experienced, dependable, and motivated Full-Time maintenance technician to join our team. This is a year-round position responsible for maintaining vacation rental properties and supporting the day-to-day maintenance needs of our lodging operation.

The ideal candidate will have a broad maintenance background, strong troubleshooting skills, and the ability to work independently while providing a high level of service to our owners and guests.

Our growing catering/private chef/ meal delivery operation is looking for additional staff for our Winter season and beyond.  If you are detail oriented and have a passion for excellence we would love to hear from you.

$40/hr + paid time off during the off season for employees working 3+ days/week.

Supervises the construction, installation and maintenance of voice, broadband, outside plant facilities, data equipment/services, wireless, door access, hosted phone systems, security, cable facilities systems, and other associated telecommunications and computer equipment necessary to achieve organizational goals; maximizing resources, meet objectives, budget, and safety, strategic and operational plans.

This full-time, year-round position plays a key role in delivering exceptional guest experiences from arrival to departure. You’ll assist with check-ins and check-outs, respond to guest inquiries, coordinate service requests, and provide knowledgeable recommendations to enhance each stay. Your ability to anticipate needs, solve problems quickly, and communicate clearly will help create a seamless and enjoyable experience for every guest.

This full-time, year-round position supports housekeeping operations through hands-on training, performance guidance, and quality control. You’ll help coach and support team members, conduct detailed home inspections — including luxury and owner-occupied properties — and ensure consistency in both presentation and experience.

Working closely with the housekeeping team, you’ll foster a positive, supportive environment while reinforcing expectations and best practices. You may also assist with light office coordination when needed and partner with the Administrative Housekeeping team on reporting, documentation, and ensuring day-to-day operations run smoothly.
