Digital Marketing & Media Manager

As a Digital Media Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive digital media strategies for New Thought’s clients. You will work closely with our marketing team to identify target audiences, direct engaging ad content, and optimize campaigns across various digital channels. Core responsibilities include; aligning cross-platform ad strategies with various owned channels, monitoring online reputation, and tracking metrics to measure the effectiveness of digital media campaigns. Additionally, you will be responsible for staying up-to-date with emerging trends and technologies in digital media and incorporating them into our wider brand strategies.

Adoption Counselor

This is a full-time position including some weekend work. This person will work in collaboration with the adoption counselor team and reports to the Lead Adoption Counselor.

 Responsibilities include upkeeping cleanliness standards, helping potential adopters choose their next pet, and partnering with regional shelters on animal selection. This individual will also share our mission and the stories of the animals with AAC guests. Time is also spent caring for our animals, keeping the AAC clean, scheduling dog fosters and communicating with people in person, by phone and email. In support of our spay/neuter work, this person will travel to the Wind River Indian Reservation two to four times per year to assist with free clinics.

Position Responsibilities:

•  Provide Individual, Group, and Family Therapy services to residents of the treatment program.
•  Prepare for and participate in all Multi-Disciplinary Team meetings and court hearings for assigned clients.
• Maintain all documentation for assigned clients including Intake, Treatment Plan, Monthly Treatment Plan Review, and Case Notes.
• Act as primary communication link with assigned client’s families and DFS caseworkers or school placement managers.  This includes monthly update phone calls, incident reporting, scheduling, etc.
• Participate in the Treatment Team including weekly Team Meetings and other meetings required to discuss individual client treatment issues and program wide treatment. 
• Meet with Residential staff to assure integrated treatment for clients. 
• Maintain appropriate licensure for mental health professionals.
• Participate in Red Top and TYFS training and meetings, including All Staff meetings and All Agency meetings.
