The part-time Guest Services Team Member is the first and last point of contact for families, educators, and community members visiting the new Jackson Hole Childrenโs Museum. This role is central to delivering an extraordinary, welcoming, inclusive, and joyful visitor experience. Guest Services Staff set the tone for the entire visit – ensuring guests feel seen, supported, informed, and excited to explore a dynamic, place-based learning environment designed for children and families. This team member will support the delivery of special programming when preschools and private groups visit the Museum and is expected to represent the Museum in a professional and friendly manner. This position requires regular weekend availability, including Saturdays and Sundays, as weekends are among the Museum’s busiest days. Spanish language proficiency preferred.

If you’re interested in fewer shifts, please still apply; however, our ideal situation is one person who wants to take over all prep and juicing. Prep includes making our homemade nut milks, energy bites, mushroom broth, and chicken broth, plus additional soups in fall and winter. We also press organic juice 3 โ 4 days a week.
