The Lead Cook will use rescued and purchased ingredients to prepare healthy meals and package them at Hole Food Rescueโs kitchen. With the support of a prep cook and HFR volunteers, the Lead Cook will create 150-300 nutritious, culturally diverse, and well-rounded meals daily. Chimney Sweep Technician

Chimney Sweeps are curious, cautious, mechanical, fun and hard working. Chimney Sweeps clean stoves and fireplaces, start test fires and do minor repairs. We disassemble a large variety of wood burning systems, clean them and re-assemble. We recommend safety upgrades and troubleshoot with fireplace performance issues. We inspect with cameras for detailed inspection. Chimney Sweeps clean dryer vents and disassemble these systems that include booster fans. Chimney Sweeps work in tight spaces-crawlspaces, attic spaces and inside fireplaces and stoves. Chimney Sweeps are customer service-oriented and enjoy serving the local community.
We are looking to fill a position from early April through mid- December. Great for someone in the ski industry or winter sports enthusiast. We work a 4 days week, Monday- Thursday, rarely Fridays. We are looking for self- motivated people that want to advance to crew leader, higher wages and larger seasonal bonuses. Future employee housing is possible. Year round employment is possible. We offer a starting rate of $35 hourly, seasonal bonuses and matching retirement IRA.
