The purpose of the Marketing & Communications Coordinator position is to coordinate and support all marketing and communications activities and deliverables in order to ensure that the marketing and communication team is able to take productive steps toward achieving its goals and objectives. You’ll have the opportunity to work on high impact events, strategic digital campaigns, and internal/external asset creation. You will lead the planning, logistics, and administrative functions for all event elements including logistics, branding, and internal/external event communication, and partner with the social media manager on social promotion. You will be responsible for working closely with cross-functional stakeholders and delegating critical work streams as needed, while remaining the overall project manager.
