JHMR Spring Season Pass Sale Starts April 1st Jackson Hole Mountain Resort Jackson Hole Buckrail - Jackson Hole, news

JACKSON, WYO — It starts April 1st, but it’s not an April Fool’s joke. Jackson Hole Mountain Resort Passes for the 2018/19 season really do go on sale Sunday, April 1, at the lowest prices of the season.

From April 1-May 31, The Grand Pass™, Weekend, 10-Day Plus and 7-Day Plus Passes will be on sale at the lowest prices of the season. The Grand Pass is going or $1,399, the Senior Grand Pass $979. Kids get deals, too: the Junior Grand Pass, for kids ages 6-14, will sell for $215, and the Student Grand Pass for $359.

A new optional feature this year: in an effort to mitigate huge crowds at peak season, JHMR has added a “ByPass” option to passes. If you accept blackout days on your pass, you’ll get a bigger discount. For example if you choose to “ByPass” you would save $100 off the Grand Pass, $1,299

“We are pleased to offer new options while keeping pricing competitive,” said JHMR President Jerry Blann. “The new Bypass option this year allows for greater value than ever before, and should be considered for customers who wish to avoid peak days and have flexibility in their schedules.”

The Grand Pass™ is the biggest bang for your buck. If you buy during early Spring window, your pass will come with five 50% off discounted buddy passes for friends and family (you only get two in the August sale).

And 2018/19 Grand Pass holders will keep their winter START bus privileges. The START board recently voted to keep the discounted bus pass program for JHMR season passholders. “We appreciate the START Board assisting with JHMR in getting more people on buses. This is a positive program for our community, which supports our shared objective of keeping traffic off the roads and we are pleased to continue to offer this program,” Blann said.

All 2018/19 Grand Passes™ include complimentary summer 2018 Tram and Bridger Gondola access and a complimentary Jackson Hole Ski Club membership. The added value of the Grand Pass keeps growing with the Mountain Collective™ partnership providing JHMR Grand Passholders unlimited 50% discounted access to sixteen legendary destinations.

Also new this year: Jackson Hole is part of the Ikon Pass.  The new Ikon Pass provides access to 26 iconic destinations, and the Ikon, in addition to the Mountain Collective, is the new standard of season passes, connecting the most iconic mountains in North America and delivering authentic, memorable snow adventures. Brought to you by Alterra Mountain Company, the Ikon Pass unlocks access to a community of diverse destinations you want to ski and ride.

The Icon pass has 2 price tiers:
$899 for 7 days of riding a JHMR as well as 12 other destinations, and unlimited riding at 12 more.
