The mindful camp will run from Thursday, Feb. 1 to Sunday, Feb. 4, and will bring together like-minded people who have a passion for skiing and riding, as well as a desire to grow a mindfulness practice in a dynamic experience. It is intended for intermediate to expert skiers and snowboarders, and all mindfulness abilities are welcome.

This special camp offers a fresh approach to the skiing and riding experience. Participants will discover the power and pleasure of mindfulness in the mountains. The camp’s inclusive approach to mindfulness will engage those ready for an immersive, intimate and inspiring experience. The goal of the four days is to leave skiers and riders with renewed energy and a stronger connection to community and nature.

  • 2/3 day on the slopes with the 1/3 day off snow programming
  • Off-snow programming includes an array of mindfulness practices including meditation, mindful movement, workshops and more
  • Carefully selected and catered delicious healthy meals and refreshments
  • Early morning meditation prior to early tram/gondola
  • No video analysis
