JHMR limiting tram and gondola crowds

JACKSON, Wyo. — Jackson Hole Mountain Resort announced today that it will limit the number of people allowed on the Aerial Tram, Bridger Gondola, and Sweetwater Gondola, effective immediately, to reduce the potential spread of COVID-19 (coronavirus).

The move followed yesterday’s announcement that Rendezvous Fest would be canceled, along with several other spring events.

“The health and safety of our guests and staff is the number one priority, and JHMR appreciates your patience and support during this situation,” JHMR said on its blog.

JHMR did not yet say how many people it will allow on each tram and gondola at a time. This is a developing situation and they expect to have a more robust plan and announcement later today.
