TETON VILLAGE, Wyo. — Jackson Hole Mountain Resort (JHMR) announced on Friday, Oct. 3, that its summer season will be extended with limited operations, including sightseeing and hiking access from the Bridger Gondola, as well as various retail and restaurant offerings. The Aerial Tram will remain closed due to planned maintenance and inspections.

Beginning Monday, Oct. 6, and running until Sunday, Oct. 12, the Bridger Gondola will offer guests access to sightseeing, hiking and restroom facilities at Rendezvous Lodge between 9 a.m. and 5 p.m. It will be closed Wednesday, Oct. 8. The ticket office will remain staffed during these hours, but guests can also purchase tickets for the Bridger Gondola online or from Jackson Hole Sports from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. and the Resort Store on town square in Jackson from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. Sightseeing and dining will remain closed to the public on Wednesday, Oct. 8 to support the International Commission for Alpine Rescue Practical Day event.

Other services that will remain open include the Via Ferrata, paragliding and the Tram Dock restaurant at the base of the Aerial Tram, with service from 11 a.m. to 5 p.m.
