JACKSON HOLE, WYO — The Jackson Hole High School culinary program is out of this world! Really.

Holly Brighton and Garrison Fadala prepared “Buffalo Cauliflower Wings” at the Johnson Space Center for the NASA HUNCH Culinary Challenge last week.

They presented their product to a panel of astronauts, food scientists, and NASA engineers. If their product is chosen as the best, it will be prepared and processed in the NASA Food Lab to be served to astronauts aboard the International Space Station later this year.
