JACKSON, Wyo. — Jackson’s Town Hall is undergoing exterior improvements.

The work was scheduled to being on Monday, Aug. 10, according to the Town of Jackson (TOJ). The outside of Town Hall will be cleaned, boards will be replaced, and exterior walls and window frames will be painted. The entire south face of the building will be repaired, and the clock tower will have boards repaired on its southeast and southwest sides.

“Last updated many years ago, these renovations will help maintain Town Hall, and the critical infrastructure it houses, as the heart of the community and organization,” TOJ wrote in a statement.

The timeline of the project will begin with work on the clock tower, carpentry work on boards on the south side of the building, then prepping and painting of Town Hall’s exterior facades and window frames. TOJ stated that any work that might obstruct pedestrian traffic flow will take place on weekends. The project is anticipated to last through the month of September.
