JACKSON HOLE, WYO – Business is good at WRJ Design. So good, the interior design firm based in Jackson has added three new team members.
In addition to major projects underway in several states, WRJ Design has a national book deal in the works, recently earned a second “Home of the Year” win from Mountain Living magazine, and is currently designing an important Schlumberger jewelry exhibition set to open in December at the Museum of Fine Arts in St. Petersburg, Florida.
Needing additional support for their expanding business, WRJ has recently hired three new team members—Maya Fulton, Amelia Atencio and Kelsey Hummel.
Fulton joins the firm as a design assistant, Atencio is the firm’s new client relations associate, and Hummel is the new operations associate. The new team members bring unique skills and experience in design, art and real estate with keen eyes to creative details, all key parts of the WRJ Design experience.
“We are very excited to add these talented women to our team of creative and dedicated professionals. Maya, Amelia and Kelsey have so much to offer our firm and our clients,” said Klaus Baer, COO and co-owner.
Born and raised in Aspen, Colorado, Maya Fulton received her Bachelor of Science degree in Interior Design from Colorado State University. With an eye for uniquely beautiful objects as well as talent in lighting design and overseeing complex projects, new design assistant Fulton is skilled in both hand drafting and computer-aided design. In her spare time Fulton enjoys painting plein air watercolors.
A graduate of Colorado College, Amelia Atencio, the firm’s new client relations associate, was trained in the fine arts and possesses a range of skills that display her organizational abilities as well as her passion for art. Atencio’s talents include work in graphic design and letterpress as well as a strong understanding of logistical and administrative functioning in a creative environment.
After receiving a bachelor’s degree in Communications and Culture from Indiana University, Kelsey Hummel spent time in Chicago working in real estate. Since moving to Jackson in 2013, Hummel has focused on the luxury real estate market, specifically in operations–leading installations, overseeing photo shoots and coordinating construction and development projects. Hummel’s passion for beautiful homes, combined with a belief that strong systems and procedures make everything more manageable, make her a great fit for her new position as WRJ Design’s operations associate.
