JACKSON, Wyo. — Teton County Integrated Solid Waste & Recycling (ISWR) issued a announcement on Tuesday, Feb. 20 to remind local businesses that the community’s recycling sites are dedicated for residential use only.
Despite the convenience of Teton County’s seven recycling locations, ISWR emphasized that capacity can not accommodate commercial drop off.
According to ISWR, the agency’s staff needs to conduct pickups and drop-offs, within their routes, in a timely manner. Reserving recycling drop-off to residents helps to reduce the overflow of recyclables at sites, which directly affects the flow of operations at ISWR.
Commercial recycling can be brought to the Recycling Center for proper processing, and bins are available 24/7.
For questions, contact Teton County ISWR at 307-733-7678. ISWR thanks the community for cooperation and for recycling.
