Is that glass green or brown? Doesn’t matter anymore

JACKSON, Wyo. — Teton County Integrated Solid Waste and Recycling announced yesterday that glass no longer needs to be separated by color at community recycling sites or at the Recycling Center.

Recycling members of the public can now use any glass bins available for all colors of glass.

ISWR will begin changing signs this week, but you don’t have to wait for new signs to begin mixing glass colors.

Food-grade glass is still the only kind accepted in the glass bin. Windshield glass, windowpanes, ceramics, Pyrex, mirrors, and any other non-food-grade glass is not accepted.
