JACKSON, Wyo. — The Town of Jackson is alerting travelers of a house being moved from Wilson to Thayne on Wednesday, May 22 at 9 a.m.
The large structure, which is 54 feet long by 26.5 feet wide by 19 feet and eight inches in loaded height, will take up most of the road as it is being hauled, blocking traffic both ways.
Wednesday morning, the load will head eastbound on WY22 from Wilson into the Town of Jackson to the “Y” intersection and turn right, heading south on US89. The house will continue south toward Star Valley.
Motorists, bicyclists and pedestrians are advised to seek alternate routes in the vicinity of this construction activity.
The Town of Jackson thanks residents for understanding and apologizes in advance for any inconvenience.
