JACKSON, Wyo. — The Jackson Hole Half Marathon and 5K race will take place Saturday, June 10, with both races finishing in Phil Baux Park at the base of Snow King Mountain.
Half marathon runners start early Saturday morning with a race kick-off time of 7 a.m. just south of Teton Village on the bike path. Runners will follow the bike path toward the town of Jackson for approximately 11.5 miles. The course will then go toward the finish at Phil Baux Park on 10 E. Snow King Ave.
The 5K Rad Run starts at 7:30 a.m. in Phil Baux Park and ends in the same location. This race is in remembrance of a beloved community member, Rad Spencer, who died in a skiing accident on Feb. 13, 2022. Proceeds from this race will be contributed to two entities that Spencer was deeply connected to, Jackson Hole Youth Lacrosse and Fresh Life Church.
For those who would like to park at the start line, park at the Ranch Lot at Teton Village. There is public transportation available from the finish line back to the start line.
The public should expect increased levels of noise and potential road delays.
Happy running, racers!
