Hawaiian Poke Bowls at Utilete hit the spot

JACKSON, Wyo. — Stop by the poke bowl pop-up on North Glenwood Street on Fridays and grab some authentic Hawaiin-style bowls for lunch. See a line? No worries! They move fast, and the poke is worth it.

The generous Poke Bowls come with rice, seaweed salad, kamaboko (fish cake) and tamagoyaki (Japanese omelet). They are available in reiki (child) or makua (adult) size. For a taste of all the styles, order the Poke Sampler!

Don’t feel like carbs? Poke a la carte is available straight-up without the fixins’. Extra rice, seaweed salad and kimchi are also available as sides. Drinks include premium cold brew coffees, kombucha, Hawaiian volcanic water and other sparkling beverages.

P.S. Sometimes they also have vegan, gluten-free cupcakes. Last week’s were Matcha flavored. Just sayin’.

To stop the spread of COVID-19, safety measures will be in place. No cash. Only credit cards or mobile payments are accepted. No dine-in. Please wear a mask before stepping inside to place your order. Sanitizer is available upon entry.

Poke Bowls pop-up on Fridays at noon until sold out at Utilete on 145 North Glenwood Street. See  the menu below or click here and for the most up-to-date information, follow @utiletefresh.
