JACKSON, Wyo. — From June 8 to October 22, 2020, Evans Construction is building a new sidewalk on the north side of Hansen Ave from Cache Street to Redmond Street.
This week Evans will continue to excavate, prepare subgrade, and install a sidewalk along Hansen from Willow to Gros Ventre. During this time, the street will be closed to westbound traffic but open to eastbound traffic.
Evans will also begin excavation work on E Hansen at Redmond on Thursday, August 27th. Traffic in this area will be limited to Eastbound only.
ROAD CLOSURE:
- No Parking on Hansen from Willow to Gros Ventre during construction.
- Starting Thursday, August 27th, No Parking on Hansen from Redmond to Gros Ventre
- Starting Thursday, August 27th, No Westbound vehicle traffic on Hansen Between Gros Ventre and Redmond; eastbound traffic only.
- WESTBOUND TRAFFIC FROM REDMOND USE SIMPSON OR KELLY AS DETOUR
- Monday through Friday, August 24-28: No westbound vehicle traffic on Hansen between Gros Ventre and Willow; eastbound traffic only.
- WESTBOUND TRAFFIC USE GROS VENTRE TO PEARL AVE AS DETOUR
Additional Information: Motorists are advised to seek alternate routes in the vicinity of this construction activity. Please be aware of, and obey all construction notification, detour, and parking restriction signage as it is there for your safety and the safety of the construction workers. Updates will be provided for future weeks as the construction of the Hansen Ave sidewalk progresses from Cache to Redmond.
