JACKSON, Wyo. — It’s spooky season, and about time to start preparing Halloween costumes. On Saturday, Oct. 10, the It Takes a Valley Perinatal Resource Collaborative will host a Halloween costume swap at the Teton County Library Ordway Auditorium for children from infancy to 5 years old.

The event, coined “Lil’ Boo Halloween Costume Swap,” is intended to help families save time and money on Halloween costumes that will only be used once.

Residents can choose to donate gently used costumes at the library the day before the swap, from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. Costumes and accessories must be labeled.

For those living in Teton Valley, donations can be made between Sept. 21 and Oct. 8 at the Valley of the Tetons Library during operating hours.

All costumes at the swap are free. Those interested in volunteering to help can do so on the It Takes a Valley website.
