Black Tie Ski Rentals of Jackson Hole is looking for a self-motivated individual to grow with our team and lead/manage the day-to-day operations at the newest Black Tie location.
Black Tie is an internationally-recognized brand known for exceptional customer service, premier ski and snowboard equipment, and a shared passion for snow sports. The company has 16 locally owned and operated branches, serving 40 of the most well-known ski resorts in the western US and Canada.
In this position, you will set the tone for exceptional service and customer interaction, plan routes and deliveries for our ski delivery technicians, prepare and organize ski/snowboard equipment for deliveries, deliver and fit equipment to customers in their lodging, manage inventories, maintain equipment and help hire and retain quality seasonal staff.
Education and Experience Requirements:
- Management experience
- Minimum of a high school diploma, GED; higher education preferred
- Clean driving record
- Experience with ski tuning and mounting is a plus
