JACKSON, Wyo. — Jackson’s own Gavin Fine, restauranteur and owner of Fine Dining Restaurant Groups, represented Wyoming on The Today Show this morning.
Fine was one of 52 chefs from across the country to cook a Thanksgiving dish representing their state for the “United Plates of Thanksgiving.” His dish was a Bovine & Swine Andouille Cornbread Stuffing with huckleberries. The meats are hand-made in Jackson, and fresh huckleberries are an iconic Wyoming treat. The recipe also includes local craft beer from Roadhouse Brewing.
