The Park City based business flies in fresh Maine lobsters everyday to make sure that these delectable lobster rolls are ready for everyone’s appetite. Freshies Lobster Co. started as a food truck at local farmers markets in 2009. They flew to Maine in 2017 to participate in and win the “World’s Best Lobster Roll” contest at the inaugural Down East Lobster Roll Festival in Portland, Maine. Since this monumental moment, they’ve set up two Freshies eateries in Utah.

These “wicked good Lobstah Rolls” are gonna be “paaaaaarked” at JacksonHoleLive! this weekend.
