WILSON, Wyo. — The Wyoming Department of Transportation (WYDOT) announced that road work at the intersection of WY22 and WY390 has closed access to the free right ramp from eastbound WY22 onto northbound WY390 at the Snake River Bridge for the morning.

The closure, expected to remain in place until 1 p.m. on Thursday, May 1, will allow WYDOT and Ames Construction crews to replace a light pole at the intersection. Vehicles can still access Village Road by turning right at the signal instead of using the free right lane. A similar closure was implemented earlier this week for the same project.

“With current traffic volumes, we don’t anticipate this will add much delay to drivers,” WYDOT resident engineer Bob Hammond said of the earlier closure.
