WILSON, Wyo. — Get ready for some skywatching!
The Perseid meteor shower is peaking this week, and the new moon means there will be little light interference. Wyoming Stargazing will host a free stargazing event on Wednesday night from 10 p.m. to midnight at Rendezvous “R” Park.
“One of the best meteor showers of the year is almost here,” Wyoming Stargazing posted to social media, later adding, “Bring a blanket or chair, look up, and experience an unforgettable night under Wyoming’s dark skies.”
