JACKSON, Wyo. — The Jackson Police Department (JPD) announced the arrest of a man who has been accused of exposing himself to women in the community four times last week.
“Last night a tip was received from the Jackson community, which led to the positive identification of this person and his eventual arrest,” JPD’s Lt. Russ Ruschill wrote in an email to the media.
Ruschill did not disclose further details about the man’s identity. The original report described a 5’5″ tall male with black hair, weighing approximately 130 lbs. He was wanted for questioning in cases of stalking and indecent exposure.
In JPD’s request for the public’s help in identifying the man, the department noted that tipsters with helpful information could be eligible for a reward through Crimestoppers. Ruschill told Buckrail via email that he is recommending a reward for the individual who provided the tip that led to the arrest. Crimestoppers will make a decision from there.
