JACKSON, Wyo. — Fine Dining Restaurant Group (FDRG), the Jackson Hole based hospitality company behind some of the area’s most celebrated dining destinations, has officially launched new food and beverage concepts at the Jackson Hole Airport (JAC). The new ventures, including Café Bistro, Bar Osta and Bodega Gourmet Market, bring the group’s signature commitment to quality, craft and community to one of the most storied regional airports in the American West.
“When we approached our airport offerings, we wanted to make sure we were providing food that we were proud of, from value and affordability to quality, in terms of both food and service,” FDRG owner Gavin Fine shared.
Gavin continued, “It’s truly an honor to be our local and visitors’ first hello and final goodbye to the area. I consider our restaurants an extension of our own homes. I view being able to offer such a personal experience to those coming in and out of our valley an extension of welcoming them to our own kitchen tables.”
In addition to counter and table service, FDRG’s dining experience also includes order ahead service, allowing travelers to place their order in advance for pickup inside the terminal. Whether ordering from the car, in line at security or from a chair in front of the fire, guests may place orders online and will be notified when their order is ready for pickup inside the terminal, making the pre-boarding dining experience as quick or as leisurely as the guest desires. Online orders can also be made by searching Bar Osta on the Toast app.
Cafe Bistro
Inspired by The Bistro, Café Bistro is the terminal’s destination for morning fuel, including specialty espresso drinks made with Snake River Roasting beans, a fresh smoothie bar, house-made pastries and baked offerings, as well as a handful of The Bistro’s signature breakfast items. With menu items including an assortment of croissants, donuts, muffins and fruit and veggie smoothies, alongside traditional, signature and seasonal drinks like crème brulee lattes, Café Bistro brings delicious flair to morning travel.
Bar Osta
Drawing from sister restaurant, Il Villaggio Osteria, Bar Osta brings a taste of Italy to the JAC terminal. Bar Osta is open for breakfast, lunch and dinner with both dine-in and to-go options. The morning menu features dishes like limoncello berry pancakes and avocado tartine, while the midday to afternoon menu includes a spicy diavola grilled cheese (with provolone, mozzarella, calabrian chili aioli, soppressata, calabrese and pepperoncini on 460 sourdough), fried chicken and pesto sandwich, chopped salad, oven-fired pizzas and more. For the thirsty traveler, Bar Osta brings a selection of favorite cocktails from Osteria, including the popular Basil Martini, as well as local-loved sloshies in rotating flavors.
Bodega Gourmet Market
Located inside and outside the terminal, Bodega Gourmet Market brings a refined grab-and-go experience to two key locations within the airport. Inside the terminal, travelers will find a curated selection of beverages, snacks and house-made salads and sandwiches, from Italian deli sandwiches and charcuterie spreads to roasted veggie caprese sandwiches and caesar salads.
A second Bodega outpost, located near baggage claim, offers a similar selection, as well as a broader assortment of prepared meals like family sized, ready-to-bake lasagnas, chicken parmesan and frozen Osteria pizzas, designed for travelers to take home for a convenient meal after traveling.
