JACKSON, Wyo. – The Recreation Center fees will increase in anticipation of the new expanded facility, which is slated for opening in May 2024.
On June 5, 2023, the Teton County Board of County Commissioners and the Jackson Town Council adopted a new Community Recreation Center fee schedule. Current facility rental rate increases will take effect on Tuesday, Jan. 2, 2024. Upon completion of the expansion, new admission and facility use rental rates will take effect.
According to Parks and Rec, fees are set at a comparable market rate for public facilities, and patrons will have the opportunity for a resident discount with proof of residency within 70 miles of the Town of Jackson.
Annual, monthly and punch passes purchased prior to June 5, 2023, will be honored. Annual, monthly and punch passes purchased after June 5, 2023, will remain in effect until facility expansion is open. Upon opening of the expanded facility, current balances will be credited to the patron towards the new fee rate.
Starting Tuesday, Jan. 2, access to and use of the therapy pool will be modified. See Recreation Center staff for more details on use and schedule modifications.
Non-profit clubs, organizations or groups whose programs begin prior to Jan. 2, can utilize current rentals rates for the entirety of the program session. New session programs starting after Jan. 2, will be at the updated rental rates and terms of conditions.
