JACKSON, Wyo. — Traffic on WY22 between the Idaho State Line and Jackson remains slow this morning after two stalled vehicles blocked travel lanes on Teton Pass.

Both stalled vehicles were cleared by 8 a.m., according to the Wyoming Department of Transportation (WYDOT), but eastbound Pass commuters are still experiencing delays. Some drivers have been delayed for more than 40 minutes.

Warmer temperatures during the day and dropping temperatures over night set up a recipe for icy road conditions this morning. Allow for extra time if traveling today and use caution.

“Expect slush, no trailer traffic, chain law level,” WYDOT alerted at 7:22 a.m. “Buckle up.”
